    Disclaimer

    Some of our rugs are vintage or antique and may show signs of age, wear, or small imperfections. These details are part of their unique character and charm. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each rug, but we encourage you to contact us with any questions or to request additional photos before purchasing. 

    Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitors, screens, and lighting conditions.


    Indigo Rugs Shipping Policy

    We proudly ship worldwide to bring Indigo Rugs to your home, wherever you are.

     

    FREE Domestic Shipping (Contiguous U.S. & Canada)

    We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.

    Delivery typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on your location.


    Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & International

    Shipping costs for Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

    To see estimated shipping costs, simply add items to your cart — the system will calculate them automatically.

    Delivery for these orders typically takes 5–11 business days.

    We are legally required to mark international packages as merchandise and include the purchase price.

    Buyers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or tariffs charged upon arrival in their country.


    Order Processing

    All orders ship from Burlingame, CA via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

    Orders placed by 3 PM PST ship the same business day.

    Orders placed after 3 PM or requiring special handling are shipped within 1–3 business days of cleared payment.

    In rare cases, if a rug needs additional cleaning prior to shipping, we will notify you of any delay.


    Multiple Items

    Whenever possible, we will combine multiple items into a single shipment to reduce packaging and speed up delivery.


    Tracking Information

    Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your order details and tracking number.
    Please note: tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear online.


    Shipping Liability

    While Indigo Rugs is not responsible for loss or damage during transit, we are committed to helping you resolve any shipping issues with the carrier.

    For higher-value items, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance for extra peace of mind.

    At Indigo Rugs, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and want you to love your purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward return and refund policy to give you peace of mind.

    Returns

    You must initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your shipment.

    To start a return, log in to your account and select the product you wish to return, or email us at contact@indigo-rugs.com with your order details.

    Once you initiate the return, we’ll email you the correct return address. The item must then be shipped back to us within 7 business days of receiving the return address.

    Items must arrive in the same condition they were shipped. Any damage, wear, or cleaning needed will be deducted from your refund.

    Sale, clearance, and discounted items may be returned for store credit only. Store credit is issued after we receive and inspect your return, with a 10% restocking fee (capped at $500) deducted, and is valid for 12 months.

    International returns are not accepted for orders shipped outside the USA and Canada.


    Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the safe arrival of returned items, and we are not responsible for damage during return shipping. Items damaged in transit are not eligible for refunds.


    Refunds

    We inspect returned item(s) within 3 business days of arrival.
    Approved refunds are processed minus a 10% restocking fee (capped at $500).
    Any applicable taxes are refunded according to state laws.


    Exchanges

    If you’d like to exchange an item, you may return it for store credit. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue store credit (minus a 10% restocking fee, capped at $500) that can be applied toward your next purchase.

    Please note that because our products are one-of-a-kind, availability may change quickly, and we cannot guarantee that the item you want will still be available by the time your return is processed.

    Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
