Savash from Indigo Rugs was a pleasure to work with. He brought about five rugs to my home and patiently helped move furniture so we could see each one in the room. He was knowledgeable, kind, and never pushy. I really appreciated his time and care. Highly recommend!

I have been searching for a nice rug for our office at home, but I didn't want the typical modern style rug made of synthetic fibers. I came across Indigo Rugs while searching online and found a very nice collection of vintage hand loomed wool Turkish rugs. I purchased a beautiful Malatya Killim wool rug. The artistry in the making of this rug is simply stunning. The colors in person are rich and warm and the rug fits perfectly in our Southwestern style office. There is a story hidden in each one of these rugs; they are one of a kind and the feel that emanates from them is just wonderful. The description on the website is very accurate and the rug was in perfect condition. Savash is very friendly and my order was shipped very swiftly. I highly recommend this shop!

I’m delighted to see that this Malatya kilim found the perfect home in your office. One of the things I love most about handmade rugs is how each piece brings its own character and story to a space, so I especially enjoyed seeing your photo and reading your thoughts.
Thank you for your kind words, and for supporting what we love to do. Enjoy your beautiful rug, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
Savash was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us purchase a beautiful antique rug for my study. Indigo rugs has a great, diverse collection of rugs and Savash guided us to finally get the rug we wanted. He also came home helped us cut the rug pad to the right size. Highly recommend Savash and Indigo carpets and we will be happy return customers!

What a great rug buying experience. Savash thank you for your patience and for sharing your expertise. I love the rug you suggested for my bedroom. Looking forward to working with you to find the perfect rug for my living room. Oh and then maybe my office.

This piece is a handmade Anatolian village rug, and slight variations in shape—especially at the short ends—are a natural characteristic of traditional hand weaving. These irregularities are part of what distinguish authentic village rugs from machine-made or factory-produced pieces.
We’re glad you enjoyed the colors, and we truly appreciate your support of handmade craftsmanship.
Store owner replied:
Thank you, David! So happy to hear you loved the rug — and the little details too. We really appreciate your kind words and hope you enjoy your Anatolian yastik for many years to come.
Perfect for my powder room! Colors were even more beautiful in person. It was wrapped up beautifully with twine and a tag thanking me by name! I was so skeptical to buy from a Company I knew nothing about and that was across the country but I’m very pleased! Will continue to watch for more beautiful rugs from them!
Store owner replied:
Thank you, Meg! We love seeing it in your powder room — such a great fit. Enjoy your Anatolian yastik, and thank you for sharing a photo with us!

My odd-sized hallway actually feels grounded and balanced now. The runner made a bigger difference than I expected. Shipping was fast and the communication couldn’t have been better.
I wasn’t sure ordering without seeing it, but it ended up being the right choice. The moment I placed it down, the whole atmosphere softened. It wasn’t dramatic — just this quiet emotional shift that made the room feel more grounded. I didn’t expect such a simple thing to make the space feel more personal. Shipping was faster than expected and communication was great. Indigo Rugs helped a lot and made things easy.
the room feels calmer and a lot more balanced. it’s a small change but it really shifted the atmosphere. delivery came sooner than i thought, and updates were super clear. the packaging was a little rough from the shipping company, but the rug inside is wonderful.
