Some of our rugs are vintage or antique and may show signs of age, wear, or small imperfections. These details are part of their unique character and charm. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each rug, but we encourage you to contact us with any questions or to request additional photos before purchasing.Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitors, screens, and lighting conditions.

We proudly ship worldwide to bring Indigo Rugs to your home, wherever you are.
FREE Shipping (Contiguous U.S. & Canada)
We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.
Delivery typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & International
Shipping costs for Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
To see estimated shipping costs, simply add items to your cart — the system will calculate them automatically.
Delivery for these orders typically takes 5–11 business days.
We are legally required to mark international packages as merchandise and include the purchase price.
Any applicable taxes, duties, and tariffs are typically calculated and collected at checkout and paid to local authorities on your behalf. In rare cases where they are not collected at checkout, local customs may assess them upon arrival. These charges are applied only once and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing
All orders ship from Burlingame, CA via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL.
Orders placed by 3 PM PST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3 PM PST ship the next day.
Orders requiring special handling are shipped within 1–3 business days of cleared payment.
In rare cases, if a rug needs additional cleaning prior to shipping, we will notify you of any delay.
Packages under $1,000 are typically shipped without a signature requirement. If you prefer delivery with a required signature, please email us immediately after placing your order.
Multiple Items
Whenever possible, we will combine multiple items into a single shipment to reduce packaging and speed up delivery.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your order details and tracking number.
Please note: tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear online.
Shipping Liability
While Indigo Rugs is not responsible for loss or damage during transit, we are committed to helping you resolve any shipping issues with the carrier.
For higher-value items, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance for extra peace of mind.

At Indigo Rugs, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and want you to love your purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward return and refund policy to give you peace of mind.

Returns
You must initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your shipment.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@indigo-rugs.com with your order details. We typically respond within one business day and will email you the return address and guide you through the next steps.
The item must then be shipped back to us within 7 business days of receiving the return address.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition as shipped.
Sale, clearance, and discounted items can be returned for a digital gift card only. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll email the gift card to the address on your order. A 10% restocking fee (up to $500) will be deducted, and the gift card will be valid for 12 months from the date it’s issued.
International returns are not accepted for orders shipped outside the USA and Canada.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the safe arrival of returned items, and we are not responsible for damage during return shipping. Items damaged in transit are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds
We inspect returned item(s) within 3 business days of arrival.
Approved refunds are processed minus a 10% restocking fee (capped at $500).
Any applicable taxes are refunded according to state laws.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, you may return it for store credit. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue store credit (minus a 10% restocking fee, capped at $500) that can be applied toward your next purchase.
Please note that our products are one of a kind and availability may change quickly. If there is a rug you are interested in, please let us know and we can place it on hold while your return is being processed.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
