Please be aware that the antique and vintage rugs available for purchase may exhibit signs of wear, flaws, and age-related imperfections. While we make every effort to show and explain these conditions through photos and descriptions, it is the buyer's responsibility to inquire about any uncertainties or request additional photos. Due to differences in electronic devices, colors may vary from the actual product received.

Indigo Rugs Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide!

FREE Domestic Shipping (Contiguous US and Canada):

  • We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within the Contiguous US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.
  • Delivery time is typically 1-7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and International:

  • Shipping costs for Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders will vary based on the size and weight of your order and destination. To estimate shipping costs, simply add items to your cart, and our system will provide an automatic estimate.
  • Delivery time for these orders is 5-11 business days.
  • We are legally required to mark international packages as merchandise, including the price paid.
  • Buyers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or tariffs upon arrival in their country.

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of cleared payment from San Mateo, CA via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Most orders are shipped the following day.
  • In rare cases, if a rug requires further cleaning prior to shipping, we will contact you to inform you of any delays.

Multiple Items:

  • We will ship multiple items together whenever possible.

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your order details and tracking number. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear online.

Shipping Liability:

  • While Indigo Rugs is not responsible for any losses or damages that occur during shipping, we are committed to assisting you in resolving any issues with the carrier. We recommend considering shipping insurance for higher-value items to protect your purchase during transit.

     

    Indigo Rugs Return & Refund Policy

    At Indigo Rugs, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and want you to love your purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward return and refund policy to give you peace of mind.

    Returns:

    • You must initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your shipment.
    • To start a return, visit your account and select the product you wish to return, or contact us at contact@indigo-rugs.com with your order details.
    • Once you initiate a return, we will provide you with the correct return address via email.
    • The item must be shipped back to us within 7 business days from the time you are provided with the return address.
    • Items must reach us in the same condition as they were when shipped to you. Any degradation in value or need for cleaning will be deducted from your refund.
    • Sale items, clearance items, and items purchased with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned. 
    • International returns are not accepted for items shipped outside the USA and Canada.

    Return Shipping:

    • Buyers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of the returned item. We are not responsible for damage during return shipping, and items damaged in transit are not eligible for refunds.

    Refunds:

    • The inspection of your returned item(s) will take a maximum of 3 business days after it arrives at our warehouse.
    • When approved, a refund will be processed, excluding the original shipping fee and a 5% restocking fee. Although we offer free shipping initially, the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund.
    • Taxes will be refunded according to state laws.

    Exchanges:

    • Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of most of our products, availability may change quickly. We cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange will still be available by the time your return is processed.
    • If you prefer an exchange, we recommend purchasing the new item separately.
