Disclaimer

Please be aware that the antique and vintage rugs available for purchase may exhibit signs of wear, flaws, and age-related imperfections from their prior use. While we make every effort to show and explain these conditions through photos and descriptions, it is the buyer's responsibility to inquire about any uncertainties or request additional photos if needed. Due to the unpredictable differences in electronic devices, we cannot be held accountable for potential variations in colors. Kindly note that the colors you see on your device might differ from the actual product received.

 

Shipping Policy

  • Domestic or international, all orders are processed and shipped out within 3 business days of cleared payment from San Mateo, CA or Istanbul, Turkey via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Very rarely it may take longer if we feel the rug needs further cleaning or repair prior to shipping. We will contact you if this is the case. 
  • Once your order is processed and shipped your order details and tracking number will be emailed to you automatically. The tracking number may take 24-48 hours to appear online, but rest assured, your package is on its way and will arrive soon!
  • Multiple items are shipped together when possible.
  • Indigo Rugs is not responsible for any losses or damages during shipping.

Shipping for the Contiguous US and Canada
  • We offer free shipping on all orders within the Contiguous US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.
  • Delivery time is 1 to 7 business days depending on your location.

 

Shipping for Alaska, Hawaii and International

  • Shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of your order and your location. To determine pricing, add the items to your cart and our system will automatically estimate the shipping costs.
  • Delivery time is 5 to 11 business days depending on your location.
  • We are legally required to mark international packages as merchandise, including the price paid.
  • Please keep in mind that international orders may be subject to additional taxes, duties or tariffs to pay upon arrival of the shipment to your country. It is always the buyers responsibility to pay any of these costs.

 

Return Policy

We really want you to love your purchase! If, for any reason, the rug you purchased from us does not meet your needs, we are happy to accept the item for return.

The return process and the conditions are as follows:

  • You must initiate a return within 3 days of your shipment receipt.
  • To initiate a return, you can either visit your account on our page and choose the product you want to return from your orders or simply contact us at contact@indigo-rugs.com with details of your order.
  • When we receive your request of return, we will email you the correct return address.
  • The product must be shipped back to us within 7 business days from the time you are given the correct return address. 
  • To be eligible for return, all returned items must reach us in the exact condition it was when we shipped it to you. Any degradation in value or need for cleaning will be deducted from any refund.
  • Clearance ItemsSale Items and Items purchased with a discount code are sold as Final Sale and cannot be returned.
  • Returns are not accepted on any items shipped outside the USA and Canada.
 

Return Shipping 

  • The buyer will be responsible for covering the return shipping expenses.

  • Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
  • We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If a returned item doesn't reach us, all liability remains with the shipping provider. We suggest you using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 
  • We are not responsible for damage during return shipping. Items damaged during return shipping are not eligible for refunds.

     
    Refunds

    • Inspecting your return takes maximum 3 business days from the day it arrives at our warehouse.
    • Once a return is approved, we will initiate the refund with the original shipping cost subtracted. While our products come with "Free Shipping," the actual expense of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Taxes will be refunded in accordance with state laws. 
     
    Exchanges
    Since most of our items are one-of-a-kind, they can go out of stock quickly. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the desired item will still be available by the time we are able to process your refund. Therefore, if you're looking to exchange an item, we recommend you go ahead and purchase the replacement.
