Refund policy
At Indigo Rugs, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience and want you to love your purchase! If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward return and refund policy to give you peace of mind.
Returns:
- You must initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your shipment.
- To start a return, visit your account and select the product you wish to return, or contact us at contact@indigo-rugs.com with your order details.
- Once you initiate a return, we will provide you with the correct return address via email.
- The item must be shipped back to us within 7 business days from the time you are provided with the return address.
- Items must reach us in the same condition as they were when shipped to you. Any degradation in value or need for cleaning will be deducted from your refund.
- Sale items, clearance items, and items purchased with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.
- International returns are not accepted for items shipped outside the USA and Canada.
Return Shipping:
- Buyers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of the returned item. We are not responsible for damage during return shipping, and items damaged in transit are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds:
- The inspection of your returned item(s) will take a maximum of 3 business days after it arrives at our warehouse.
- When approved, a refund will be processed, excluding the original shipping fee and a 5% restocking fee. Although we offer free shipping initially, the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund.
- Taxes will be refunded according to state laws.
Exchanges:
- Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of most of our products, availability may change quickly. We cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange will still be available by the time your return is processed.
- If you prefer an exchange, we recommend purchasing the new item separately.
