✔ Semi-Antique Persian Karadja/Karaja/Karajeh rug with exceptional color combination. On a forest green field are five rows of triple shield-like medallions. The main border is a rarely seen light cream. Great squarish size skillfully hand knotted using hand spun wool.
Size: 6'9" x 8'11"
Medium pile: Roughly 0.3"
Circa: 1940s
Origin: Karadja, Northwest Iran
Material: Hand knotted handspun wool pile on a cotton foundation.
Condition: Excellent condition overall with lustrous low pile over most of the rug. Professionally cleaned and ready to enjoy.
