✔ This vintage Anatolian kilim carries bold tribal rhythm and grounded presence, bringing warmth, depth, and strong graphic character into a space. Handwoven in Eastern Turkey, it reflects the confident village aesthetic associated with the Kars weaving tradition — known for powerful geometry, darker palettes, and symbolic banded layouts.

The design is built around horizontal bands filled with stylized hooked diamonds, protective emblems, and stepped motifs arranged in repeating rows. The composition feels architectural yet lively: structured stripes create visual order, while shifting motifs add movement and personality without overwhelming the room.

The palette is rich and earthy with beautifully softened contrast — deep madder red, walnut brown, charcoal black, camel tan, warm taupe, soft sand, faded coral rose, and touches of aged ivory.
