Charcoal Plum Diamond Caucasian Vintage Kilim • Handmade Wool Carpet • 5x10 Flatweave Rug for Hallway, Living Room, Bedroom, Kitchen & Study

✔  This rug brings a grounded, steady calm with a strong sense of rhythm—confident, earthy, and deeply rooted in tradition. The composition feels orderly yet expressive, with repeating stepped diamond medallions featuring the traditional Nazar motif, an ancient symbol of protection against the evil eye. The result is a measured, almost architectural flow that balances punchy geometry with a softer, dusky palette—dynamic yet settled, intentional rather than decorative for its own sake.

The palette is beautifully muted and time-softened. A deep charcoal-plum ground anchors the design, allowing tones of dusty rose, faded blush, slate blue, muted teal, sage green, soft sand, ivory, and small accents of ochre and rust to quietly emerge. Each medallion forms part of a bold, jewel-toned mosaic with subtle variations, reflecting the handwoven process and the individuality of the weaver’s touch. The geometric border, with its rhythmic arrow-like motifs, frames the field cleanly and adds structure and balance.

Handwoven entirely from wool, this vintage Caucasian kilim has a tight, durable flatweave with a low-profile surface that works especially well in long, narrow spaces. At 4'11" × 9'2", this runner brings warmth, structure, and handmade character to hallways, entryways, and kitchens—a sophisticated piece with a quiet wink, perfect for those who appreciate heritage with a twist.
