Ivory & Brick Red Navajo Style Turkish Kilim Rug • Handmade Wool Carpet • 3x5 Muted Tribal Flatweave Rug for Entry, Bedroom, Kitchen & Study

✔  Handwoven in the Mut region of southern Turkey, this mid-century kilim features a bold Navajo-inspired layout of stacked geometric medallions framed by stepped ivory bands. The palette is a warm and earthy mix of brick red, soft clay rose, muted taupe-gray, warm ivory, and charcoal brown, all achieved with naturally dyed hand-spun wool.

The design—rooted in Turkish nomadic weaving yet visually aligned with American Southwest aesthetics—makes this piece a striking bridge between cultures. Its compact size works beautifully as an entry rug, wall hanging, kitchen runner, or layered accent over larger carpets. Woven in the 1970s but never used, the colors remain fresh and the weave tight, with no repairs or structural issues.
