✔  This vintage kilim from Eastern Turkey features the regional weaving-and-embroidery technique known as Zili, where the flatwoven base is embellished with supplementary weft patterning to create a softly raised design. Handwoven from hand-spun wool on a wool foundation, it displays a classic vase-and-floral motif — a stylized expression of growth, blessing, and renewal found throughout Anatolian symbolism.

The field is rendered in a warm pink tone, naturally aged to a soft, time-washed character, and framed by a deep charcoal border filled with small talisman motifs in ivory, orange, and muted violet.
